Do I need to book ahead?
We run by appointment so every client gets unhurried time in the chair. Same-week slots open up regularly — book online in under a minute, or call and we'll find a time that suits.
Not sure what treatment I need?
That's exactly what the consultation is for. Come in and we'll talk through your hair, your routine and what's realistic — you'll never feel pressured into anything.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Absolutely — life happens. Just give us 24 hours' notice and we'll happily reschedule you with no charge on your next visit.
Do you use cruelty-free products?
Yes. We stock colour and care ranges that are cruelty-free and low-chemical — ask us about the options when you're in.
