Southern Sole is a podiatry clinic on Dee Street treating everything from ingrown toenails to marathon biomechanics. We are ACC-registered, take referrals from GPs and sports physios across Southland, and see patients of all ages — from diabetic foot checks to gait analysis for high-school athletes.

How it works.

1. Book

   Choose a time slot online or call reception. Tell us whether it is a new or returning appointment and if you have an ACC claim number.

2. Assessment

   Your podiatrist takes a full history, examines your feet, and — for biomechanics — runs you on our treadmill with video capture.

3. Treatment plan

   You leave with a clear plan: exercises, footwear advice, orthotics referral if needed, and a written report for your GP or physio.

4. Follow-up

   We check progress at two and six weeks. Orthotics patients get a fitting appointment and a 12-month adjustment guarantee.
