What we are making this week
Every arrangement uses whatever is best from our growers that morning — ranunculus and sweet peas this month, with kōwhai, mānuka and renga renga lily woven through. No two are alike.
Spring Meadow

Your wedding flowers, grown locally
Tui and Aroha design every wedding from a mood meeting at the studio. We grow what we can and source the rest from Otago growers — never imported, never floral foam. Seasonal availability shapes every design, which is why no two weddings look the same.

We take a maximum of two weddings per weekend so every couple gets our full attention. Book at least three months ahead for peak season (November–February).

With care and without rush
We arrange sympathy tributes with the same seasonal approach — no dyed carnations, no cellophane. If you need same-day delivery for a bereavement, call us directly and we will make it happen.

Same-day across Dunedin
Order by 1 pm for same-day delivery. We deliver Tuesday to Saturday in our Bloom van (it is the green one with the fern on the side).

Ranunculus in apricot, blush and cream from our Waitati grower. Sweet peas from the Taieri. Early dahlias in café au lait and burgundy. Kōwhai branches from our own garden. Available in all arrangements or as a custom bunch — ask for the Spring Edit ($75).

05 · Our studio
142 George Street, since 2021
- Aroha starts selling posies at the Otago Farmers Market from a trestle table and a bucket.
- Tui joins. We move to a shared workspace on Vogel Street and start doing weddings.
- The George Street studio opens — our own cool room, a workshop bench and a street-front window.
- We hit 1,000 deliveries in a year for the first time. The green van arrives.
- Two florists, one van, one studio, and whatever is blooming.
The team
Aroha Bell — Lead florist and founder. Grew up on a cut-flower farm in North Otago. Designs every wedding and teaches our seasonal workshops.
Tui Mackenzie — Wedding specialist and studio manager. Handles all event florals and our grower relationships across Otago and Southland.
