NZ Post couriers
14 Mercedes Sprinters, Highbrook distribution centre. Exterior plus cab interior on alternating Wednesdays.
Refrigerated trailers
Specialist decontamination wash for chilled-goods trailers. Includes sill drain and interior floor rinse. $140 per unit.
Waste Management
8 front-loader refuse trucks, Onehunga yard. Full wash plus underbody and bin-arm degrease. Saturday mornings.
Bus & coach operators
Exterior wash for full-size buses up to 14 m. We bring an elevated platform — no need for a pit. From $160.
Fulton Hogan fleet
12 utes and two hiab trucks, Penrose yard. Exterior and tray wash, ceramic coat annually. First Tuesday of the month.

05 · About us
Three crews, seven days.
SprayDown started in 2019 with one van, a pressure washer and a contract to wash ten courier vans at the Highbrook depot. Seven years later we run three mobile units out of our East Tamaki base, each carrying 2,000 litres of reclaimed water, a closed-loop recapture system, and two wash techs.
Every drop of runoff is captured, filtered and reused. We hold an Auckland Council trade-waste consent and carry public liability insurance to $2 million. Our detergents are pH-neutral and biodegradable — no phosphates, no solvents.
The team
Jono Reeves — Founder, fleet logistics. Jono spent eight years at Mainfreight before starting SprayDown.
Sam Teaukura — Operations manager. Runs scheduling, crew rosters and the water-recapture compliance.
6 wash technicians — All hold a Growsafe certificate and Auckland Council trade-waste operator card.
Linehaul after a week on SH1
