Is our data secure with you?
Yes. We sign an NDA before any engagement. Your data stays in your own cloud environment — we connect via secure service accounts, never download raw files to local machines. All dashboards are published to your own Power BI or Tableau workspace.
What tools do you use?
Power BI and Tableau for dashboards. PostgreSQL, BigQuery and SQL Server for databases. Python and dbt for data transformation. Google Sheets and Excel when they're genuinely the right tool (they sometimes are).
What if our data is a mess?
That's normal and that's what we do. The Data Health Check tells you exactly what shape your data is in and what it would take to get it dashboard-ready. Most clients are further along than they think.
How long does a dashboard build take?
Two to four weeks from signed quote to go-live, depending on the number of data sources and complexity. Simple single-source dashboards can be faster. We'll give you a timeline at scoping.
Do we need to buy software?
Power BI Pro is $17.30/user/month. Tableau is more. We'll advise on the best option for your budget and team size. Some clients only need a shared dashboard link, which costs nothing for viewers.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Absolutely. We collaborate regularly with managed service providers across the Bay of Plenty. We handle the analytics layer; your IT team handles infrastructure, security and access.
