Can I try before I commit?
Buy a Day Pass for $39 — no sign-up, just turn up with your laptop. Most people try two or three days before choosing a plan.
Is there a minimum term?
Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk are month-to-month with 30 days notice. Private offices start at three months; after that, month-to-month.
What is the internet speed?
1 Gbps symmetrical fibre from Chorus, with a business-grade Ubiquiti mesh across all four floors. We have never dropped below 800 Mbps in a speed test.
Can I bring my dog?
The ground-floor open area is dog-friendly Monday to Friday. Dogs must be well-socialised and on a lead in common areas. Floors 2–4 are pet-free.
Where exactly are you?
Level 1–4, 118 Lambton Quay, Wellington CBD. Two minutes from the cable car, directly above the Lambton bus hub. Bike storage via Woodward Street.
Do you have parking?
Eight allocated parks in the building basement, available to members for $89/month. Street parking on Woodward Street is usually available before 9 am.
