Repairs & re-seals
- Full exterior re-sealFrom $1,800All seams, windows, vents and roof fixtures. Sikaflex or Bostik depending on substrate. 2–3 day turnaround.
- Window re-seal (per window)From $280Remove, clean, re-bed and re-seal. Includes new butyl tape.
- Roof re-coatFrom $950Clean, repair, two coats of Nutech NXT roof membrane. White or off-white.
- Damp assessment$185Full Protimeter survey, 40+ test points, report with photos. 60–90 minutes.
- Damp remediationFrom $1,200Strip affected lining, replace framing if needed, treat and re-line. Price depends on extent.
- Awning repairFrom $350Re-tension, arm replacement, fabric patch or full re-skin.
- 12V / gas system check$120Full electrical and gas system test. Required before WOF if certificate has lapsed.
All prices exclude GST. Final quote provided after assessment. We carry common parts in stock; specialty items are 3–5 working days.

Insurance repairs
We are a certified insurance assessor for all major NZ insurers: AA Insurance, State, AMI, Tower and Vero. We handle the assessment, quoting, and repair — you deal with your insurer and we do the rest.

Water ingress through front window. 4m² of delaminated wall panel, rotten timber framing behind the dinette. Insurance claim via AA.

Assessment
Report emailed with photos within 24 hours of drop-off.
Quote
Itemised quote. Insurance work quoted to your insurer's format.
Approval
You approve, or your insurer approves. No work starts without sign-off.
Repair
Weekly photo updates. We call if we find anything hidden.
Final check
Quality inspection, damp test, all seals checked. Report with photos.
Collection
Walk-around, sign-off, payment (invoice, card or bank transfer).

Our workshop
Purpose-built in 2020 on State Highway 1, 2km south of Ashburton. Three undercover bays (each 12m × 5m), a dedicated spray booth with extraction, and a separate horse-float bay with rubber-safe lighting.
