faq
before you book.
How long does an install take?
Head unit swap: 1–2 hours. Full system (head unit, speakers, sub, amp): half a day. Reversing camera: 1.5–2.5 hours. We will give you an exact time when you book so you can plan your day.
Can I bring my own gear?
Yes. We charge a $50 fitment surcharge for BYO equipment. We will check it is compatible with your vehicle before you buy — text us a photo of the part number and your rego.
Do you do mobile installs?
No, everything is done in our workshop at 22 Warren Street North, Hastings. We need the bench, the tools and the light. Drop off in the morning, pick up in the afternoon.
Is there a warranty?
Two-year warranty on our labour. Manufacturer warranty on all new parts (usually 12–24 months). If a connection comes loose or a fuse blows within warranty, we fix it free.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. We do not offer finance but can split larger jobs into two payments (50% deposit, 50% on collection).
