How we work
From plans to pixels in four steps. Average turnaround is 10 working days for stills, 15 for animation.
Brief
You send us plans (PDF, DWG or Revit), inspiration images and a list of views. We confirm scope and timeline within 24 hours.
Blocking
We build the 3D model and send a set of clay renders (no materials, no lighting) for camera-angle approval. Changes are free at this stage.
Materials & light
Materials, landscaping and lighting are applied. You see a mid-resolution preview and can adjust finishes, time of day and vegetation.
Final delivery
High-resolution renders at print and web sizes, or a 4K video file. Post-production, colour grading and watermark removal included.

Riverstone Terraces
A 14-unit coastal development needed consent-quality visuals for the resource consent hearing and pre-sales collateral. We delivered six exterior views, two interior scenes and a 90-second walkthrough.

All prices exclude GST. We invoice 50% on brief sign-off and 50% on delivery. Revisions at the blocking stage are free; changes after materials are charged at $150/hour.
