Your first visit

  1. Book online or by phone

Choose your discipline, pick a time that works and tell us if you have an ACC claim number. No GP referral needed for private appointments.

  2. Arrive 10 minutes early

Fill in a short health history form — or do it online beforehand with the link in your confirmation email. Bring your ACC number and any scans or reports.

  3. Assessment

Your practitioner will take a full history, examine the issue and explain what they've found and what the plan looks like — in plain language.

  4. Treatment plan

You'll leave with a clear plan: how many sessions, what to do at home, when to expect improvement and what it will cost with or without ACC.

  5. Cross-referral if needed

If your issue spans more than one discipline, we refer internally and share notes so you don't repeat your history. All under the same roof.

Common questions

Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can self-refer for private physio, OT, podiatry and speech-language therapy. Dietetics may require a GP referral if you're seeking a funded appointment. ACC visits require a claim number from your GP or an ACC-registered provider.
How does ACC work here?
If you've had an accident or injury, your GP can lodge an ACC claim. Bring your claim number to your first visit and we'll handle the rest. You'll pay a co-payment of $25–$50 per session depending on the discipline. We can also lodge ACC claims for new injuries on site.
Is there parking?
Yes, free on-site parking for twelve cars behind the building at 42 Anglesea Street, Claudelands. Enter from Grey Street. There is also two-hour street parking on Anglesea Street.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your ACC number (if applicable), any X-rays, MRI or specialist reports, a list of current medications and comfortable clothing if your appointment involves movement. Wear shorts for knee or hip assessments.
Can I see more than one practitioner?
Absolutely — that's the point of the hub. We cross-refer internally and share clinical notes (with your consent) so each practitioner knows your full picture. Many patients see a physio and a dietitian, or an OT and a speech therapist, in the same week.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 7:30am–6pm, Saturday 8am–12pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays. Early morning and late afternoon slots fill quickly — book ahead for 7:30am or 5pm appointments.
